Forms - General Settings

General​

The information displayed here was first populated when the BizForm was created. The following information is visible in this section:
  • Form Display Name - The name of the BizForm which can be edited from here.
  • Form settings
    • Display Text - Post a message to the user (ie. “Thank You”) once they have submitted their form.
    • Redirect to URL - This allows your BizForm to direct users to a particular page on your website once the form has been submitted, such as a ‘Thank You’ page, a page advertising events at the club, or the website homepage.
      • Ex. ~/Member-Central.aspx
    • Clear Form - This will allow you to clear the input in the form and allow the user to submit a new form upon clicking on the Submit button.
    • Continue Editing -  This option willl not redirect the user, nor display text, or clear the form. Once the user clicks on the submit button, they will still be able to continue editing the form as it is.
Note: We recommend that clubs choose either the Display Text or the Redirect to URL option for Form Settings as they will clearly indicate to members that the form has been submitted.
  • Submit button Text - This will allow you to modify the text that appears inside the Submit button.
  • Submit button Image - This option will allow you to replace the Submit button with an image of your choice. Simply insert a URL of your new Submit button.
Note: By default, “Submit” will be the label on the submit button if custom text or image is not selected via the Submit button Text or Submit button Image Fields.
