Monthly Campaign
Anytime a monthly reminder should be sent to all or selected members, they can be scheduled to go out automatically, instead of manually sending it to each member.
These can be set up with any segment using the correct contact field(s), some common examples include:
Monthly Statement Notification
- Statement is finalized for the month and include current balance and direct link in body of message to view statements online.
Minimum Left to Spend Reminder Campaign
- Reminder that they still have a minimum to spend and include minimum remaining in body of message.
By setting up a segment and scheduling a campaign to be sent on a recurring basis, a monthly email can be setup using the regular email campaign steps.

Contact Field
- Make sure the field from the club's accounting system has been included in the fields uploaded to the email marketing system. For details see How to Manage Fields Uploaded to Email Marketing
- Jonas Club Management -
- For statements, the field Member Status and Current Balance.
- For minimums, the field Minimum Unspent.
- Encore
- For statements, the field Club Status Description: Current.
- For minimums, the field that has Amount Remining or Amount to Spend found in the Calculated tab, this depends on how the club did initial setup.

Create segment using the respective field.
- Start by creating a new segment using the contact field. Optional to add additional filters. For details see How to Create a Segment.
- For statements
- Filter Type: Contact field
- Using the field: Member Status (JCM) / Club Status Description (Encore)
- Contacts whose value: set the criteria, there are many ways to set this up
- is not blank - this will select any contact that has a member status.
- is one of - only select members with specific status (Active, Spouse, Social).
- is not one of - include members that do not have a status indicated (Child, Employee).
- For minimums
- Filter Type: Contact field
- Using the field: Minimum Unspent (JCM) / Amount Remining or Amount to Spend (Encore)
- Contacts whose value: set the criteria is greater than - 0

Creating the Campaign
- It is recommended that a new email campaign be created using the Drag & Drop editor. For details see How to Create an Email Campaign
- Content Blocks recommended to use in the campaign.
- Text - Add text, merge fields and hyperlinks to the campaign.
- Suggest adding
- Merge Field in the body of the message, member name and inform them of their current or outstanding balance.
- Hyperlinks that redirects members to the club's website.

- For clubs that have online payments with ClubHouse Online. Optional to include this video link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKEeRtCOy7E to show members how to make a payment with their bank account via online statements.
- Image - Add an image or club logo, the image could also be linked with a hyperlink to the club's website.

Schedule Campaign
- Schedule when the campaign should be sent.
- Recurring Schedule: Monthly
- The Start date and time is going to be the day and time it will send each month.
