In the
Step 1 Select Template window, these are the different options to start a campaign.
All the templates are responsive, this means the content in the email will be optimized for mobile devices. If an email had content in 2 columns, it would display as 2 columns on a desktop or device with a larger screen size, but on a mobile devices or smaller screen size it would automatically adjust by changing side-by-side columns to a stacked column format.
Once a template is selected on the left, the larger view of the template will be displayed on the right. Click on the mobile or desktop icon to see the different views.
Themes
By default, the Themes option will be defaulted with the Soak it up Template already selected.
- On the left scroll down to view and select a different theme.
- The Theme tab will be replaced with Layouts and < Back to Themes will display above it.
- With Layouts tab selected on the left, scroll down to view different layouts, select the thumbnail above the layout name and the preview will display in right pane.
- Click < Back to Themes to go back to a list with all the themes, the Themes tab will reappear and Back to Layouts will display above it.
- Click Next > at the top right to use the template from Themes.

Saved Templates
This section will be empty to start and display " You don't have any saved templates yet."
In the future, this is where administrators can find any campaigns that have been customized and saved as a template. Instead of starting from scratch, administrators can save time by selecting a template from their Saved Template section. Some clubs will have saved a weekly dining or monthly newsletter, where they just have to change out a few images and links and they are ready to send the email.
Note: Once a campaign has been customized in Step 2 Edit HTML, campaigns can be saved as a template by clicking on the Tools button in the top right and selecting Save as New Template.
- Click Saved Templates tab.
- Select the thumbnail above the saved template name and the preview will display in right pane.
- Click Next > at the top right to use the template from Saved Templates.

Templates found in the Saved Templates can be renamed or deleted if they are no longer required.
- Hover over the name of the Saved Template.
- Pencil and Trash can icon will display.
- Click Pencil icon - to change name.
- Type in new name of template.
- Click diskette icon to save or X to keep original template name.
- Click Trash Can icon - to delete template.
- In the Delete Template dialog box,
- Click Delete Template - to verify deletion.
- Click Cancel - to keep the saved template.
System Templates
To help clubs get started a few templates have been created for clubs to launch their new website with ClubHouse Online.
Sometimes the System Templates tab doesn't appear immediately, wait a minute and it should display.
- Click System Templates tab.
- Select the thumbnail above template name and the preview will display in right pane.

- Recommend replacing mail merges in the template.
- Club Mobile App
- What members can do with app and written instructions on how to download Club's mobile app.
- ClubHouse Online Mobile App
- Written instructions and videos on how to download ClubHouse Online mobile app.
- Click Next > at the top right to use the template from System Templates.

Start from Blank
This option allows a campaign to be created without any pre-set content.

Full Email Editor
In the Step 1 Choose Template window, these are the different options to browse from to start a campaign.

Select from a Template
By default, the Featured category will be selected.
- On the left, select any category folder.
- On the right, select any thumbnail image for a template and it will be selected with a blue border.
- The following items are optional:
- Click Magnifying glass icon to preview the template.
- In the dialog box, Device view can be switched between desktop and mobile.
- Select x in the top right corner of the dialog box to close preview.
- Click Green Star with plus sign to add to Favorites category to easily accessed the template in the future.
- The template will now have green star with minus sign, select green star to remove from Favorites category.
- Click Next > at the top right to use the template.

My Templates
This section will be empty to start.

Club Industry Templates
To help clubs get started a few templates have been created for clubs to launch their new website with ClubHouse Online.
- On the left, select Club Industry Templates > Website Announcement folder.
- On the right, select any thumbnail image for a template and it will be selected with a blue border.
- The following items are optional:
- Click Magnifying glass icon to preview the template.
- In the dialog box, Device view can be switched between desktop and mobile.
- Click x in the top right corner of the dialog box to close preview.
- Click Green Star with plus sign to add to Favorites category to easily accessed the template in the future.
- The template will now have green star with minus sign, select green star to remove from Favorites category.
- Click Next > at the top right to use the template.

Start From Blank Email
This option allows a campaign to be created without any pre-set content.
- On the top left, select Start from Blank Email option
