Q. Can a staff member create a new class online using the website?

A. No. All classes must be created and managed through the Back Office.

Q. Does the “Class Level” show up online?

A. No. Members cannot see the Class Level on the website. Only staff can view it through the Back Office.

Q. What happens with “Show Attendees” for UK clubs with GDPR?

A. Clubs with GDPR enabled will show all attendees as hidden. Clubs with GDPR enabled should not enable the “Show Attendees” option.

Q. Is a waitlist supported?

A. Yes, but the waitlist process is manual. The club can set a limit on how many members can join the waitlist, and members can add themselves to it. However, waitlist management is handled entirely through the Back Office. Staff will need to manually move members from the waitlist to the registration list for a specific course instance.
