Activity Management
Court Types are configured in Activity Managment and are usually representation of the type of surface the Sport will be played on. Each Court Type must be associated with an Activity Type in order to be made available online. Court Types can be accessed and configured within Activity Management by navigating to Court Booking -> Court Types.

ClubHouse Online
A Court Type's configuration is comprised of multiple parameters within Activity Management.These parameters include:
Main Information
The Main Information of a Court Type is comprised of the basic details that will be used to identify the Court Type. This includes the following:
- Description - This is the name of the Court Type and how it will be displayed on both the Court Reservations section of Activity Management as well as the Court Scheduler page of ClubHouse Online.
- Activity Type - This determines what Sport the Court Type will be associated with on the Court Scheduler page and the Activity Type it will be associated with in Activity Management.
- Active (checkbox) - This will determine if the Court Type will be available for reservations in Activity Management.
Booking View Options
The Booking View Options contains a single parameter which will allow us to configure the length of time for each interval of a given time slot.
- Time Slot Interval - This interval is measured in minutes and will be displayed on both the Court Reservations in Activity Management and the Court Scheduler page online as individual blocks of time.
Booking Time Settings
The Booking Time Settings is comprised of three parameters that have their allocation dictated by the Time Slot Interval. Those parameters are:
- Minimum Time Slots - The fewest amount of time slots that can be booked in a reservation. The lowest this setting can be is the value stated in the Time Slot Interval. All values higher than this will be multiples of the Time Slot Interval.
- Minimum Time Slots Increase - This value you will be made up of multiples of the Time Slot Interval to add onto the Minimum Time Slots value.
- Maximum Time Slots - This value will allow you to dictate the maximum number of time slots that can booked in a reservation. The value stated here will be multiples of the Time Slot Interval.

- Fixed Schedule - This setup will allow you to override your normal Hours of Operation and dictate time slot availability as well as the minimum and maximum time slots within a specific period of time. Time Ranges and Date Ranges can be established within Activity Management which will be reflected online as well.
Web Information
The Web Information settings will dicatate what the online booking system will utilize for this Court Type. These settings control the following information:
- Avaialble for Web Booking - This activates the Court Type for the online booking system.
- Court Privilege for Guest - This setting allows you to state which Court Privilege will be used when a guest player is inlcuded in an online court reservation.
Hours of Operation
The times reflected here will dicate the opening time and closing time on each given day for this particular Court Type.
If so desired the Hours of Operation can also be configured throught the year. This would allow you to configure different Hours of Operation through out different Date Ranges within a year.
Defaults
The Defaull Settings will allow you to presume the following settings will allways be set when this Court Type is utilized.
- Booking Source (For Web) - Whenever a booking is completed online with this Court Type, the value stated here will always been chosen for the booking. The Booking Source states where the reservation was initiated.
- Booking Type - Whenever a booking is completed utilizing this Court Type, the value stated here will always be associated with the reservation. This Booking Type will be applied whether the booking is made online or within Activity Management.
Encore
Court Types are configured in Encore and are usually representation of the type of surface the Sport will be played on.
