Configuring the Court Reservations Help Tab
Determine if the club would like to provide members tutorial videos on how to use online courts booking module.
How to access help video configuration
- Log in to the club's ClubHouse Online website with an Administrator user account and access Club Central.
- From within Club Central, click Planet icon (Open Application List) at the top left.
- Select Modules > Court Reservation from the Applications list.
- Select Court Management from the left navigation.
- Scroll down page to Help section.
Display Help Tab
- Unchecked: Help tab will be hidden at the top of the Online Courts Module.
- Checked: Help Tab will be displayed at the top of the Online Courts Module.
Select video(s) to display under Help Tab
- Court Selection: How to select a court
- Booking Details: How to add players to a booking
- Edit a Booking: How to make changes to a booking
- Manage Buddies and Groups: How to setup buddies and groups
Click
Save at the top
Note: A 5th video Enable Wait List can be displayed, for clubs that have purchased JAM / Encore Courts Wait List and would like members to be able to use wait list from the website. In order for the Enable Wait List video option to be displayed in the Help Section, the Enable Wait List checkbox must be selected in the Booking Restrictions section above the Help Section.
