Integrated Events

The Integrated Events module, will allow your members to quickly search for events on a preferred date to make reservations and receive a confirmation email (if enabled) all within a few clicks. Members will be able to see, edit or cancel their upcoming bookings from the website.

• Registration events have to be created using Jonas Activity Management (JAM)/Encore Event Management Module
  • Administrators determine which registration event should be communicated over to the ClubHouse online website for members to register or view only
  • Administrators can add information about the event using the content editor before making it available for members to view on the website
• Information only events, could also be created directly using ClubHouse Online Event Management
