JCM Outlet Order Types
The Order Types and the Sort Order they are stated in, will allow your members to choose how they wish to receive their orders. The available options are as follows:
- Delivery
- Eat In
- To Go
- Pick Up
- Curbside
- On Premise
Select which Order Types the club will be offering and leave the other options as 'N/A'
Sort Order
Ahead of each Order Type is column which will specify the sorting order each order type will appear in on the club's Clubhouse Online website. These Order Types will appear in a drop-down under Order Preferences.

Note: The first
Order Type listed will be the
Default Order Type. If Outlet is configured to have
Orders Go Directly to Printers, the Default Order Type is what will be used always. If the Outlet is configured to send Online Orders to
Online Ordering Queue, then the staff member will have the opportunity to change the Order Type prior to sending the order to the Kitchen.
Order Type Override Description
If the default Order Type descriptions, are not to the satisfaction of the club, an Override Description can be provided which will replace the default Order Type description in the dropdown online.
Order Prompt Label
This field operates as an option to pose a required question to the member that is placing the order and selecting this specific Order Type. The information entered in this field can also be utilized to assist the member in knowing what to enter.
Ex.
Order Prep Time (in minutes)
This feature is directly tied to the option to
Allow Ordering Ahead. If the option to order ahead has been enabled for this outlet, entering in a prep time for a particular Order Type will adjust the available time a member can select when placing an Order.
Note: The Available Times online will always be in 15 minute intervals
To clarify this option, let's review the following example:
Ex.
- The Order Prep Time is set to 20 minutes for the 'Pick Up' Order Type.
- The Outlet Schedule Start Time is set to 11am every day.
- The Member wishes to place an order for pickup as soon as the outlet opens 2 days from now
The first
Available Time the member will be able to select online is 11:30 am. This is calculated by using the following method:
Original Available Time(11am) +
Prep Time(20 mins) +
Rounded to nearest 15 minute Interval(10 mins) =
11:30 AM
Encore Outlet Order Types
