Why is the Online Ordering Page displaying as blank?

When attempting to view the Outlets on the Online Ordering page, it appears blank. What could be causing this?

Are the Display Online and Scheduling dates for the Outlet Current?

The Scheduling for the Outlet controls when it will be displayed online as well as when it will be available to accept Orders. To review the Scheduling setup for an Outlet you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Online Ordering Setup Screen
    • Point of Sale System -> System Setup - Setup Online Ordering Outlets
  2. Select the Outlet you wish to review.
  3. From the menu on the right, click on the Scheduling tab.
  4. Select an existing Schedule to review the details:

Items to Consider

  • Display Online From Date - This date signifies when the Outlet will be visible online to the members.
  • Display Online To Date - This date signifies when the Outlet will no longer be visible online to the members.
  • Scheduling Start Date - This date signifies when the Outlet will be operational and accepting Online Orders
  • Scheduling End Date - This date signifies when the Outlet will no longer be operational and will stop accepting Online Orders.
Note: The Scheduling Start and End Date must match or fall within the Display Online From and To date.

Is the Integration between the Clubhouse Online Website and the Club's Server functioning?

The Online Ordering module relies on the Integration between Clubhouse Online and the club's server. If the integration between the two is not functioning correctly the Online Ordering module will not be able to display the Outlet information. In order to test the integration between the website and the club's server you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Login to Clubhouse Online with Administrator credentials.
  2. Click on the username in the top right corner of the page and select the Club Central or Switch to Club Central option.
  3. From Club Central, select the planetary icon in the far left corner.
  4. Click on the Modules menu from the list
  5. Select Company Management from the available menu items.
  6. From the Company Synchronization page, click on the Start button next to Configuration Sync.

If you receive a Success message similar to the screenshot above, this confirms that the club's integration is functioning correctly. If you receive a fail with an error message outlined, this is the reason for the Online Outlets page displaying blank and our Support Team will need to investigate the cause of the integration failure.
