If the Outlet has been configured to send Online Orders to the queue, a user in JCM will need to manually initiate the creation of the CHIT and have sent to the Kitchen. This can be performed by following these steps:
- Within JCM, navigate to the following menu:
- Point of Sale System -> Chit Processing -> Online Ordering Queue
- Select the Outlet you wish to review orders for.
- From the Pending tab, double-click on the intended order to open the Online Order Review screen
- Click on the Create Chit & Send Order button to send the order to the Kitchen.
Note: If the intention is to modify the order prior to creating a CHIT and sending the order to the kitchen, click on the Launch POS to modify the order or click Launch POS & Send Order.
Once the order has been sent through to the kitchen, it will appear in the Chit Created/Order Sent tab.
A user in JCM can then opt to send a notification to the member once the Order is ready. For more information about sending notifications click on the button below.
Encore
If the Outlet has been configured to send Online Orders to the queue, a user in Encore will need to manually initiate the creation of the CHIT and have sent to the Kitchen. This can be performed by following these steps:
- Within Encore, navigate to the following menu:
- Point of Sale -> Tasks -> Online Ordering Queue
- Select the Outlet you wish to review orders for.
- From the Pending tab, select the intended order and click on Create Chit & Send Order.
Note: If the intention is to modify the order prior to creating a CHIT and sending the order to the kitchen, click on the Launch POS to modify the order or click Launch POS & Send Order.
Once the order has been sent through to the kitchen, it will appear in the Chit Created/Order Sent tab.
A user in Encore can then opt to send a notification to the member once the Order is ready from the Chit Created/Order Sent tab. For more information about sending notifications click on the button below.
