App Privacy Policy

In order for your Clubhouse Online app to appear in any of the app stores, it must be accompanied with a Privacy Policy. This policy is exclusively for your club and is not associated with Jonas Club Software nor can it be created on your behalf by Jonas Club Software. If you don’t already have a Privacy Policy, there are several online tools available to create one, however, whichever you choose to use, here are some recommendations as to what to include to assist you in having a Privacy Policy which will cover all current, and future, features of the app.

Recommendations:

  • Access to Third Party Accounts – All is recommended (eg. Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox, Google Drive, Stripe, et. Al.)
  • Analytics – All is recommended, however, make sure that AT a minimum Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics for Apps and Yahoo Advertising conversion tracking are checked
  • Contacting the User – AT A MINIMUM, make sure that Contact Form, Mailing List or Newsletter and Phone Contact are checked
  • Displaying Content from External Platforms – All is recommended, however, at a minimum ensure that the following are checked: Google Calendar widget, Google Maps Widget, Instagram widget, SoundCloud widget, Spotify widget, TripAdvisor widget, Vimeo video, YouTube video widget, YouTube video widget without cookies
