Step 2: Creating an Apple Developer Account

In order to create an Apple Developer Account and have your App listed on the App Store, your club must be recognized as a legal entity in your country. Sole proprietors and single person companies located in countries where they are not recognized as legal entities will be enrolled and be listed for download under the enrollee’s personal legal name, if selected for distribution by Apple.

Creating an Apple Developer Account

In order to create your Apple Development Account you will need to follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Apple Developer Program (button link below)
2. Please review What You Need To Enroll as an Organization, if you have met all the requirements click on the Start Your Enrollment button at the bottom of the page

3. You will be prompted to sign in with your Apple ID 

• ^Note: The person with whom the Apple ID is associated will be the Legal Contact and will be required to respond to any changes with respect to Terms and Conditions. If you haven't already created an Apple ID, please click here.

4. The next page will require the Entity Type for this Developer Account. Select Company / Organization from the drop-down list and click on the Continue button below.
5. If you are sure you have met all the requirements click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page.

The next part of the enrollment process will require a Legal Authority to be specified and then verified by Apple. The contact provided here must have the legal authority to bind your organization to legal agreements with Apple. This contact must be the organization's owner/founder, executive team member, senior project lead, or have legal authority granted to them by a senior employee.
 

1. Under the Authority to Sign Legal Agreements section, select the appropriate authority level that applies to your contact

2. Under the Organization Information section, fill in all the fields with your club's legal identity

3. Under the Verification Contact section, fill in all of the fields for the designated contact in your organization

^Note: The contact specified here will be contacted by Apple in order to verify all information entered in on this page. This contact will also be responsible going forward for reviewing and confirming all legal agreements with Apple.

4. Once you have confirmed that all the information entered in on this page is accurate, enter in the CAPTCHA security information and click on the Continue button
