Activity Management
The Dining Reservations module uses Activity Management Facilities to dictate what location the club will be taking reservations for and what tables will be located there.
To configure a facility for Dining Reservations you will need to follow these steps.
- Click on the Facility you wish to setup for Dining Reservations
- Once selected click on the Dining Reservations tab
- Check off the 'This Facility can be reserved for Dining Reservations' box
- Click on the Meal Period Settings button to configure what times this Facility is available for Reservations
Reservations cannot be Booked Online: This setting allows a facility to be used for online reservations but prevents reservations from being booked online by hiding the facility from the Dining Search.
Override Days in Advance Restrictions Online: Check this box to set the Minimum and Maximum booking in advance restrictions specific to this facility; these settings will override the booking in advance restrictions configured in Dining Settings.
Encore
The Dining Reservations module uses the Encore Facilities module to dictate what Location the club will be taking reservations for and what tables will be located there.
To configure a facility for Dining Reservations you will need to follow these steps.
- Click on the Facility you wish to setup for Dining Reservations
- Once selected click on the Dining Reservations tab
- Check off the 'This Facility can be reserved for Dining Reservations' box
