Activity Management
The Meal Period Settings dictate what days and times a specific Meal Period are available. The Active Date Ranges are based on a day/month schedule and remain constant regardless of the year. This allows the availability to be setup for specific days and/or weeks at a time.

Facility: Grill Room
June 1st – September 30th
Lunch 11:30 – 1:30
Dinner 5:00 – 9:00
Active Ranges
Active Date Range
Specify the Starting Date and Ending Date which the Meal Periods will be available.
Note: Date Ranges cannot carry over to the following year. They must take place within the same year (i.e. 01 January - 31 December).
Active Time Range
Specify the Starting Time and Ending Time which the Meal Periods will be available.
Online Dining Search
The Online Dining Module above displays times that are available starting at 12pm and stop at 1pm ET. This is the Lunch Meal Period that was setup in JAM in the previous image above. The last available time online is 1pm because the Turn Rate that has been set up (for a party size of 1) is 30 minutes. So in order to complete this reservation online you would have to make it 30 minutes before the end time which Is 1:30 for lunch. The same scenario would apply for the Dinner Meal Period which ends at 9 but the last available time is 8:30.
