Age Applied
There are different parameters you will need to configure your Event depending on whether you will display Pricing or not. If you wish to add Age Applied Registrant Categories for your event you will need to follow these steps:
With Pricing
- From the Registration and Pricing tab, select Age Applied under the Registrant Category window
- Click on 'Add categories' dropdown
- Place a checkmark next to the Registrant Categories you wish to add to the event
- Click on the 'Set' button next to one the added Registrant Categories to make it the default

Note: The first Registrant Category added will automatically become the Default. The Default Registrant Category will be applied to any registrant whose age doesn't fall within any of the Age Applied Registrant Categories attached to the event.
- Set the Price for Members(and Guests if applicable) for each Registrant Category added.
- If your event is going to have Earlybird Pricing you will be able to dictate the prices here as well

- Once you are satisfied with the Registrant Categories added, click on Save to continue configuring the event or Save & Publish if you are ready for the event to be live.
Without Pricing
- From the Registration and Pricing tab, select Age Applied under the Registrant Category window
- Click on 'Add categories' dropdown
- Place a checkmark next to the Registrant Categories you wish to add to the event
- Click on the 'Set' button next to one the added Registrant Categories to make it the default
Note: The first Registrant Category added will automatically become the Default.
- Once you are satisfied with the Registrant Categories added, click on Save to continue configuring the event or Save & Publish if you are ready for the event to be live.
When a member is creating a booking for an event that has Age Applied Registrant Categories assigned, the image below displays how the Registrant Categories will be assigned to the registrants.
Note: If the type of registration is Quick or Hybrid, a member will need decide which Registrant Categories will apply to all unnamed registrants.
Member Selected

- Click on the 'Set' button next to one the added Registrant Categories to make it the default

- Set the Price for Members(and Guests if applicable) for each Registrant Category added.
