Configuring Lessons Sales Items

Sales Items are created in Jonas Club Management, and additional settings are configured in Jonas Activity Management:

  1. Select the sales item then click on the Lessons Management tab then the General tab.
  2. Set the Duration of the sales item using the drop down.
  3. Set the Maximum Registrants number. It is optional to set the Minimum Registrants number.
  4. Switch to the Staff tab and check any staff that are eligible for this sales item.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Repeat the steps above for each sales item.
Note: If you do not want a sales item to appear online, within the Lessons Management tab then the General tab, check Override Activity Type Settings and uncheck This Service is Bookable Online and click Save.
