Step 1: Creating a Google Play Developer Account

In order to create your Google Play Developer Account you will need to follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the link to sign up for a Developer Account https://play.google.com/console/signup
2. Click on “Get Started” as An organization
3. Fill in the organization’s information
4. Provide your experience with Google Play Console and Android (Ex. No experience)
5. Enter the information for the Developer account. Note: after filling out the Contact email address, click on Verify email address. Similarly, click Verify phone number after providing your phone number before proceeding to the next step.
6. Under Apps, select what is applicable
7. Accept Terms Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Play Console Terms of Service to create the account.

Proceed to pay to complete the registration for the Developer Account

The registration fee is US$25 that will be paid once with a debit or credit card. The following cards are accepted:
MasterCard
Visa
American Express
Discover (the U.S. only)
Visa Electron (Outside of the U.S. only)
