Accessing Email Marketing

The Email Marketing Module (EMM) can be accessed after an administrator logs in to the club's ClubHouse Online website. 

1. Log in to the club's ClubHouse Online website with an Administrator user account.
2. Click name in top right corner of website.
3. Select Switch to Club Central from the drop-down, this redirects the administrator to the ClubHouse Online Dashboard. 
   • ^Note: ​If Switch to Club Central does not appear in the drop-down menu, here are a few tips:

     • Only users with admin access can see Switch to Club Central, make sure the administrator login was used.
     • Edits should be made from a desktop or laptop computer, not on a mobile device.
     • Switch to Club Central may be hidden, when browser is zoomed in. Reset Zoom to 100% or lower in browser. 
     • Add /admin to the end of the club website after logging in to access dashboard directly ^Ex. https://clubname.clubhouseonline-e3.net/admin
4. Select Email Marketing, this redirects the administrator to the Email Marketing Dashboard. 
   • If the Email Marketing Module is not on the ClubHouse Online Dashboard.
     • Click Planet icon (Open Application List) at the top left.
     • Select Modules > Email Marketing from the Applications list. This redirects the administrator to the Email Marketing Dashboard. 

Adding the Email Marketing Application Tile to the Dashboard

The Email Marketing Module can be added to the ClubHouse Online Dashboard for easier access in the future.

1. Already logged in and on the ClubHouse Online Dashboard.
2. Click gear icon in the bottom right corner of the Dashboard.
   • This will switch to Edit Dashboard mode (all application tiles will become smaller).
3. Click square tile with + icon to Add New Application and the Applications List will display
4. Select Modules. 
5. Select Email Marketing (a bold pin icon will appear beside it).
   • The Email Marketing application tile will be added to the Dashboard.
6. Select gear icon in the bottom right corner of the Dashboard to exit Edit Dashboard mode.
7. (Optional) Click and drag the Email Marketing Tile to move it to a different spot on the ClubHouse Online Dashboard.
