How to Change a Contact's Status to Subscribed in EMM

1. Click Contacts on the left navigation menu
2. Find the contact with the hard bounce status in the contact list and click their email address to view their contact page
3. Scroll to the far right to see the Status field
4. Click on the drop down box next to the field and a list of statuses will appear 
5. Select Subscribed in the drop down list
6. Click Save and Close on the top right corner
