User Account Deletion
Members have the ability to delete their account directly from the mobile application. While this option is available, account deletion is strongly discouraged.
This feature was introduced to comply with Apple iOS App Store rules and regulations, which require that if users can create an account within an app, they must also be able to delete that account from within the app.
When a user deletes their account:
- The account is permanently removed from both the mobile application and the Clubhouse Online website
- The user will be immediately logged out of the app
- All access to Clubhouse Online products and services is lost
- If the member wishes to use Clubhouse Online again in the future, they will be required to re-register by completing the standard registration process, following the Member registration process
For these reasons, account deletion is not recommended unless the user is certain they no longer wish to use Clubhouse Online.
Deleting User Account
Users must be logged in to the mobile application to delete their account. Once logged in, follow the steps below.

Open the Clubhouse Online mobile application

Navigate to Settings

Select Delete Account

The user will be redirected to the Account Deletion page

Tap Delete Account again to confirm
Deletion Complete
After the account is successfully deleted:
- The user is redirected to the login screen.
- A confirmation email is sent to the member, confirming that the account has been successfully deleted.
- For administrative purposes, the user record is deleted in the club’s Clubhouse Online website user table, which can be viewed by club admins under Club Central > Users application.
