User Account Management

Users can manage their Clubhouse Online account credentials using the website and mobile app. This includes changing their username and resetting their password. The instructions below guide members through each process step by step.

Section 1 : Change Username

Members can reset their password on their own from the Settings menu. This feature is available only to logged-in users.

To update the username:
  1. Once logged in, open the slide-out menu by selecting the sandwich icon in the top-right corner, then navigate to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Change Username to access the username update page.
  3. Enter the new username and select Save.
After a successful update, the new username will apply across both the website and mobile app.

Section 2 : Reset Password


Members can reset their password on their own from their login screen. This feature is available only to not logged-in users.
Note: Clubs must configure the Forgot Password URL in Fuel CMS for this feature to work.
To reset the password: 
  1. Once logged out, open the slide-out menu by selecting the sandwich icon in the top-right corner, then navigate to the Member Login. 
  2. ​From there select Forgot Password
  3. Users are redirected to the Clubhouse Online Reset Password page.
  4. Based on the club's configuration set by the club, Enter either: Username, or Email address (most common configuration used by clubs) associated with the account
  5. Select Submit.
If the account exists in the Clubhouse Online database, the member receives a Reset Password email with a Universal Link to create a new password; if the account does not exist or cannot be verified, the member is informed that the password cannot be reset. For further assistance contact the club. 

After a successful update, the new password will apply across both the website and mobile app.
