Configuring Report a Problem

The 311/Report a Problem is a feature on the mobile app that allows a member to report a concern at the club using their mobile device. This concern can be from a specific location at the club which can then be sent directly to a specific email address of someone at the club.

To Configure 311/Report a Problem

  1. From within Club Central, click on the 'planetary' icon
  2. Click on the Modules menu and select Mobile App from the items below
  3. Select the 311 Configuration tab

Set up the following features:

  • 311 Configuration: select Enable to activate this feature on the mobile app
  • Default Email Address for Reporting: this email address will receive a notification when a concern is reported for all areas at the club unless locations are added below, which will then override this default email
  • Menu Item Title: the menu title that will display in the menu on the mobile app (example - Report a Problem)
  • Locations: to add a new location click the blue plus sign; enter in the name of the location and the email address associated with this location. Click the red X beside a location/email if you would like to remove it from the list. Any email address here will override the default email address. If multiple locations are being used, a member can select which location they would like to report the concern from 

Make sure to save any changes that are made by clicking the Save button at the top of the page.

Receiving a Reported Problem

Below is an example of an email notification received at the club once a member has reported a problem using their mobile device.

Note: Reported concerns are not stored on the website and only sent via email.
