How to Use Member Cards

The Member Card is a feature on the mobile app that can help save time with data entry.

In order to scan a member card on a member's mobile device, a UPC/EAN/128 2D scanner must be used. If you have an existing scanner, consult with your vendor to find out if the existing scanner is compatible with the Member Card.

The Member Card can be used to input the member's member number into your system. If the back end accounting system is open with a screen that requires entering the member's member number, club personnel can simply scan the Member Card and it will automatically populate the member number into the back end accounting system. 
 

Note: This feature does not have any configuration and does not support tap/NFC. The Member Card can only be used with a scanner.
