Page Type - Golf Scorecard

The Golf Scorecard page type is interactive and allows a club to easily create an organized table with the scorecard details for each hole. When a user clicks on a hole number the description details and a photo (optional) will be displayed. Once the user is on a hole number they have the option of clicking on a different hole number, viewing the Front or Back 9, or the Slopes & Ratings. Once a Golf Scorecard has been created, it can be added to a Golf Scorecard widget.

Creating a Golf Scorecard

1. On the Content Tree select wthe Site Data folder
2. Click on the New(+) button located above the Content Tree
3. Select the Golf Scorecard page type

4.  If you want to enable more tees, checkmark the Display Tee # checkbox
5.  Fill in the following details:

   ^Note: Fields denoted with a * are mandatory to be filled in before the Golf Scorecard page can be saved. All other fields are optional.

   • Name:* enter the course name
   • Tee # Name: enter a name for each tee enabled (Tee 1* is required at minimum)
   • Tee # Colour 1: enter a hex code for the tee colour, or click the palette icon to select the colour, which will then add the hex code (Tee 1* is required at minimum; set a colour for each additional tee enabled)
   • Tee # Secondary Colour: enter a hex code for the tee colour, or click the palet icon to select the colour, which will then add the hex code; this can be set to a different colour, the same colour, or left as white (#FFFFFF)
   • Tee #: enter the yardage for each tee, for each hole

• Par: enter the par for each hole
• Men's & Women's Handicap: enter the handicap for each hole, including slope and rating

6. Enter the details for each hole:
   • Hole # Image: add an image by clicking Select and choosing the image from the Media Libraries
   • Hole # Description: enter a description for the hole
7. Once you have filled in the necessary information for the Golf Scorecard, click Save at the top of the page

Editing a Golf Scorecard

1. Select the Golf Scorecard from the Content Tree that you wish to edit
2. Click on the Form tab
3. Complete the desired changes
4. Click on the Save button  

Deleting a Golf Scorecard

1. Select the Golf Scorecard from the Content Tree that needs to be deleted
2. Click on the Delete (trash can) icon located at the top of the Content Tree
3. You will be asked: Are you sure you want to delete the selected page?
4. Leave the check boxes empty and click on Yes to delete the selected page
