Page Type - Contact and Staff

The Contact and Staff page types allow a club to generate an organized, aesthetically pleasing page of contacts displayed in a full card, card view or list view. Once a Contact and Staff page type has been created, it can be added to the Contacts and Staff widget and set to display the full directory, department or individual personnel. Once a Contact and Staff page type has been created, it can be added to a Contacts and Staff widget.

Creating a Contact and Staff Page Type

  1. On the Content Tree select the Site Data folder
  2. Click on the New(+) button located above the Content Tree
  3. Select the Contact and Staff page type

  1. Enter a name for the page
  2. Click Save
Note: If the Full Directory selection type is chosen in the Contacts and Staff widget, the Contact and Staff page name will appear in the list of Contact and Staff page types to add the widget.

Creating a Contact and Staff Category

  1. Select the Contact and Staff page on the Content Tree
  2. Click on the New(+) button located above the Content Tree
  3. Select Contact and Staff Category

  1. Enter a name for the category
  2. Click Save
Note: If the Department selection type is chosen in the Contacts and Staff widget, the category name will appear in the list of categories to add the the widget.

Creating a Contact and Staff Entry

  1. Select the Contact and Staff Category page on the Content Tree
  2. Click on the New(+) button located above the Content Tree
  3. Select Contact and Staff Entry

  1. Choose an image by clicking Select and choosing the image from the Media Libraries
  2. Enter the individual’s information into the fields provided (only the Name* field is required; all other fields are optional)
  3. Once you are satisfied with the details click Save or Save and Create Another if you wish to create additional contact and staff entries
  4. Each new contact will automatically appear at the bottom of the contact and staff category page in the Content Tree. To rearrange the order of the contact and staff entries, select an individual’s entry and click the Up or Down arrow located above the Content Tree
Note: If the Personnel selection type is chosen in the Contacts and Staff widget, the name of the entry will appear in the list of personnel to add the widget.

Editing a Contact and Staff Page

  1. Select the Contact and StaffContact and Staff Category or Contact and Staff Entry page from the Content Tree that you wish to edit
  2. Click on the Form tab
  3. Complete the desired changes
  4. Click on the Save button

Deleting a Contact and Staff Page

  1. Select the Contact and StaffContact and Staff Category or Contact and Staff Entry that needs to be deleted
  2. Click on the Delete (trash can) icon located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. You will be asked: Are you sure you want to delete the selected page?
  4. Leave the check boxes empty and click on Yes to delete the selected page
