Widget Type - Contacts & Staff

The Contacts and Staff widget can display a full directory, department or individual personnel. The widget is configured by selecting the display option, choosing a layout of full card, card view or list view and selecting the path to an existing Contact and Staff page type.

Available in the following Content Blocks: Large, Small

Configuration

Default
Any field marked with a red asterisk (*) is required in order to save the widget. Once all the applicable fields have been configured, click Save & Close to save the widget.

• Theme: choose between 1 of 3 custom themes that have been applied to the website
• Title: add an optional title to display above the contacts
• Selection Type:* using the drop down, choose a selection type; the selection type will dictate what options will be available to choose from within the Path
  • Full Directory: displays the full directory
  • Department: displays a specific department
  • Personnel: displays an individual personnel
• Path:* click Select to choose the full directory, specific department or individual personnel, dependent on the selection type chosen. The Contact and Staff page type must already be built in order to add it to the widget
• Layout: using the drop down, choose a layout which will display the following details (if they were configured in the Contact and Staff page type selected):
  • Full Card: displays an image, title, contact details and description
  • Card View: displays an image, title and contact details
  • List View: displays a title and contact details
• Show Images: click on the checkbox to either display the pictures of the staff. If no pictures are uploaded then it will display the grey silhouette image. If the checkbox is unchecked then no images will appear.

Advanced (Optional) settings

• Title Alignment:* use the drop down to align the title to the left, center or right
• Title Size: use the drop down to override the size of the Widget title
• Margins:​
  • Top: use slider to select margin measured in pixels
  • Bottom: user slider to select margin measured in pixels
• Override Padding: check the box to use the following settings:
  • Top: use slider to select padding measured in pixels
  • Bottom: user slider to select padding measured in pixels
