Widget Type - Account Summary

The Account Summary widget displays a member's balance due, pay now button (if applicable), current statement balance, and minimum to spend. There is also a button to view full statement, which will re-direct the member to their statements page. This widget can only be seen by a member when they are logged into the website; administrators will not be able to see the widget on the live site.

Available in the following Content Blocks: Large, Small

Configuration

Any field marked with a red asterisk (*) is required in order to save the widget. Once all the applicable fields have been configured, click Save & Close to save the widget.
Default

• Theme: choose between 1 of 3 custom themes that have been applied to the website
• Title: enter a title, which appears above the account summary. To add customization 's Statement Summary, could be entered as the Title and members First name will display.
• Hide Current Statement Balance:  select this checkbox to hide the current statement balance from the widget.
• Display Total Levy Balance: select this checkbox to display the total levy balance on the widget. This will only display if the club has Levies set up in their A/R system and Display Total Levy Balance has been enabled from the CHO Statements > Configuration - Levy Settings. 
• Total Levy Balance Label: enter a new label, max 30 characters.  By default, the label will display Total Levy Balance if the field is empty.

Advanced (Optional) settings

• Title Alignment:* use the drop down to align the title to the left, center or right
• Title Size: use the drop down to override the size of the Widget title
• Margins:​
  • Top: use slider to select margin measured in pixels
  • Bottom: use slider to select margin measured in pixels
• Override Padding: check the box to use the following settings:
  • Top: use slider to select padding measured in pixels
  • Bottom: use slider to select padding measured in pixels

Visibility (Optional) settings

• Visible: select this checkbox for the widget to be displayed on the page
• Display to roles: only applicable if club has created and assigned users specific roles on the website.
  1. Click Select roles button.
  2. Select checkbox(es) beside role(s) to have access to view Account Summary widget.
  3. Click Select button to save role selections.
